We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Booker to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads and book appointments.
* Utilise our CRM software to manage client information and track interactions.
* Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions within the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on scheduled appointments.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment booking process.
* Achieve daily and weekly targets for appointment bookings.
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
* A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
