Key Responsibilities Support Sixth Form students across BTEC Level 1, 2 and 3, particularly within Sports pathways
Provide additional support in Biology, helping students build confidence in core concepts
Work closely with teaching staff to keep students engaged and progressing with coursework
Deliver structured academic and pastoral support, encouraging strong independent study habits
Act as a positive role model, promoting confidence, resilience and ambition
What Were Looking For A Sports Graduate (or related discipline) with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting young adults
A good understanding of Biology, with the confidence to assist in lessons
Previous experience in a school, college or youth-work setting is highly desirable
A proactive team player who can also take initiative when supporting learners
A genuine interest in education and long-term aspirations towards teaching, coaching or similar pathways
Location: Central West London supportive, student-focused Sixth Form College
