Our learning centres provide a nurturing environment where each tutor will support small group sessions to inspire learning and growth using our expertly designed resources and curriculum packs.
As a professional tutor, your primary focus will be on teaching, inspiring, and supporting the development and progression of these young minds, helping them to feel inspired, confident and engaged!
What you’ll be doing:
• Teaching – You'll support students, adapting your approach to their individual requirements so they can achieve their educational goals.
• Supporting - You'll work with the wider team of educators to ensure the centre is a nurturing and inspiring environment! You will engage with colleagues, students and families offering excellent service and communication, with safeguarding and member well-being being at the heart of your interactions.
Availability + requirements:
• You will need to have availability at least 2 evenings per week with shifts starting from 4pm OR availability at least 1 evening per week, as well as availability on a Saturday or Sunday.
• A minimum of a level 6 in GCSE maths and English.
• Prior teaching/mentoring experience is preferred.
