Senior Client Relationship Manager – new role in re-vamped client team in major international law firm. Tech focus. Hybrid working.
This innovative international law firm has recently overhauled it’s client relationship team. With a revamped client programme of major blue-chip clients this is a really exciting time to be joining.
This is a great role for a Key Account Manager/Client Relationship Manager who is looking to make a step up into a senior manager role or a senior manager looking for a fresh challenge. You will manage a number of international clients focusing mainly on tech but also life sciences and financial services.
The role will involve:
* Account planning and working with partners to encourage cross-selling;
* Building relationships within your key accounts to drive new revenue growth;
* Taking client feedback and client interviews;
* Horizon scanning;
* Developing initiatives to stay close to clients;
* Driving key account management best practice.
You MUST have experience of managing large scale accounts in either an international law firm or Big Four accounting firm. You will enjoy being client facing as well as playing an advisory role to partners.
