Department: YUR - 2105 - Operational Support Location: Nottingham Compensation: £26,000 / year Description Reports to: Read Dispute Team Leader Location: Nottingham Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week To support the Operations Department with change of supply meter reading disputes on our customer accounts. You will develop your skills on query management, taking ownership and meeting designated deadlines. You will already be great at organisation, prioritisation & relationship building at all levels.
