Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Thermal Plant Operator to support the safe and efficient operation of the Energy from Waste (EfW) facility. The role will involve operations during steady state, start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure day-to-day compliance with Environmental Permit requirements, escalating any non-compliance or incidents to the Shift Team Leader
* Adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental systems and relevant legislation
* Participate in site HSE initiatives, including forum activities
* Work closely with the Maintenance Team to ensure optimal plant performance
* Coach and mentor new personnel on EfW operations and compliance standards
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including shift handovers and maintenance requests
