We are looking for an HR & Admin Assistant with exceptional organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support for invitation letters, including signing and record tracking for short‑term assignees and business travelers.
* Manage housing and car rental arrangements for short‑term assignees, maintaining close communication and coordination with project teams and the employees to ensure proper planning and allocation.
* Communicate with current housing and car rental vendors, handle vendor management and invoice processing, and identify new housing suppliers when necessary.
* Assist and support short‑term assignees with business insurance registration, and potentially provide further support on payroll and National Insurance (NI) matters depending on specific circumstances.
* Support visa application processes when required, working closely with both China and UK teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely information sharing.
Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled bachelor’s students from all disciplines are welcome to apply, with a preference for those majoring in Human Resources, Administration, or Management.
* Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
* Previous experience in administration coordination or related fields is highly preferred.
* Ability to work independently and with high self‑motivation.
* Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
This position is preferred on a 6‑month contract basis, with the possibility for further opportunities based on performance and organizational needs.
