Change and Technology Services plays a key role in the transformation of the agency, outlined in the 5-year strategy. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on projects across the agency, which will tangibly improve outcomes for our colleagues and customers. Our Business Analysts work on a range of projects including supporting the delivery of improvements to our internal IT infrastructure, digitisation of service delivery, policy related change and estates.
