Key Responsibilities
* Generator fleet reliability, uptime, and serviceability
* Delivery of all planned preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown response
* Day-to-day leadership of the service, technical support, and field engineering function
* Consistent service standards, processes, and performance across all depots
* Effective management of service performance, reporting, escalations, and continuous improvement
* Producing, reviewing, and improving RAMS for service activities, and ensuring they are implemented across the engineering team
