Following the guidelines set by the Spare Parts & Reconditioning Regional Manager, to meet the deadlines and economic criteria set by the company.Accountabilities
1. Development of the supply chain of spare parts for sale to the end customer.
2. Research and develop sales opportunities.
3. Creates and follows up on the commercial offers to increase business volume.
4. Create and follow up the commercial offers to increase business volume by creating a more competitive position in the market.
5. Analysis of the offers presented.
6. Management of orders and delivery monitoring both suppliers and end customers.
7. Management of the different commercial KPIs.
8. Management of incidents and guarantees.
9. Maintains and updates ERP platform in terms of correct deliveries, invoices, inventory, etc.
Knowledge
10. Knowledge of Spare Parts in the different technologies Wind, Solar etc.
11. Knowledge of Office package, mainly Excel, SAP, Gmao, Myapps, ecommerce.
12. Language: mandatory English, valuable Spanish.
Skills
13. Strong Interpersonal/communication aptitude.
14. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
15. Basic knowledge of accounting.
16. Knowledge of logistics.
17. Ability to work under pressure.
18. Ability to work in different projects at the same time (Multitasking).
Experience
19. Recent experience in sales and/or purchasing departments.
20. Demonstrable track record in productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Qualifications
21. Professional qualification relevant to the described job. (Engineering, Technical, Economics, Business Administration and Management, .
22. Highly valuable studies in sales, procurement or logistics.
