About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Litigation Specialist to join our Legal Operations Team at Liberty Global in Bradford. This role is hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Responsibilities
1. Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents with precision and attention to detail;
2. Preparing urgent applications where appropriate;
3. Supporting with ad hoc queries from stakeholders;
4. Supporting junior colleagues by providing feedback and training;
5. Staying abreast of industry developments, legal updates, and best practices;
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication;
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Excellent knowledge of CPR, case law, and litigation;
2. A strong background in civil litigation;
3. Experience in network damage recoveries is desired but not essential;
4. Excellent relationship-building skills, gaining client trust and understanding their objectives;
5. A willingness and aptitude to rapidly grasp and adapt to new legal issues, demonstrating confidence and agility;
6. High levels of attention to detail, prioritisation, and accuracy, through effective self-review, and critically challenging data inputs and explanations.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
