Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: London Region Sector: Groundworks & Reinforced Concrete (Infrastructure) Employment Type: Permanent Rate: £550 – £650 per day Role Overview An experienced Contracts Manager from an engineering background is required to oversee the delivery of groundworks and reinforced concrete packages on major infrastructure projects across the London region. This is a permanent, senior role suited to an individual who has progressed from an engineering pathway and possesses strong technical, commercial and leadership capability. The role requires a technically strong Contracts Manager who understands construction methodology, sequencing and design coordination, and who can manage complex civil engineering works from pre‑construction through to completion. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within commercial targets.
