Based in the heart of the City this highly acquisitive financial services business operates across a wide range of markets. A new vacancy has arisen for a lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE to support the financial markets business focusing on capital markets and derivatives. The key is that you are flexible and adaptable enough in order to support the ever-evolving needs of the business.
With good academics and solid training at a reputable law firm or in-house, you will be looking for a new challenge where you can build and expand on your experience in an advisory role. With a good grounding in prime brokerage, securities lending and derivatives, you will also have a strong understanding of relevant complex regulatory matters and be keen to work closely with the business from day one.
You will be a team player with commercial acumen and a down to earth approach. This role will suit an ambitious lawyer looking for a challenging in-house role within a growing business.
