About the Role
We’re looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer — a versatile creative professional who can bring ideas to life across digital, print, motion, and UX. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on crafting engaging visual experiences that tell a story, elevate brand identity, and deliver impact.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative design solutions — from concept to execution — across a wide range of creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital & Print Design: Design striking layouts, infographics, and branded materials for proposals, presentations, brochures, and marketing assets — both static and animated.
* Motion Design: Create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and interactive content using Adobe Creative Suite and other motion tools.
* UX/UI Design: Develop intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences, collaborating with developers to ensure functionality, accessibility, and cohesion.
* Print Production: Deliver artwork for small- and large-format print, including signage, hoardings, and wayfinding graphics, ensuring top-quality output through vendor coordination.
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years’ professional experience in graphic, motion, and/or UX/UI design (degree preferred but not essential).
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and UX tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.).
* A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and technical skill across branding, motion, and digital design.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to present ideas clearly and work effectively across teams.
* Experience in mentoring or leading creative direction is a plus.
