Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join our data team and play a pivotal role in optimising our acquisition strategy. You’ll work closely with growth managers to drive performance across paid channels (primarily Google PPC, Meta), improve CAC and CAC:LTV ratios, and uncover actionable insights that fuel our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with growth managers to analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency
* Conducting incrementality tests on new channels to evaluate marketing investment payback periods (CAC:LTV)
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker.
* Conduct deep-dive analyses into CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and channel attribution.
* Design and evaluate A/B tests and geo-based pseudo experiments to validate marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business goals.
* Support international expansion with market-specific insights and performance tracking.
* Maintain high data quality and ensure consistency across Snowflake, DBT, and Looker.
* Propose data-backed strategies to c-suite to improve CAC, LTV, revenue and market share
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a subscription, SaaS, or similar online business model.
* Proven experience in acquisition and growth marketing.
* Understanding of CAC:LTV dynamics and growth metrics.
* Expert-level SQL skills.
* Familiarity with BI tools like Looker (or similar).
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
* Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bonus if you have:
* Experience in digital healthcare.
* Experience with python or R
* Experience with Snowflake and DBT.
* Experience working with Snowplow event data.
Salary: £55-£75k DOE + bonus + benefits
