Weekend Customer Service Advisor (Hybrid)
About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Weekend Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s growing support team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers across multiple channels.
Working exclusively at weekends, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, professionally, and accurately.
Working Hours:
Saturday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Provide outstanding support and resolve customer queries efficiently
Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages, helping to build strong customer relationships
Identify potential risks or issues using Outlook and internal systems, taking proactive steps to resolve them
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with internal processes and standards
Work collaboratively with the wider customer service team to deliver a seamless customer experience
Systems & Tools
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (such as Halo) would be advantageous
Familiarity with social media management platforms (such as Sprout) is beneficial
About You
Previous customer service experience within a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident handling customer enquiries across multiple channels
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Professional and empathetic when dealing with sensitive or complex issues
