We are seeking flexible and confident Cover Supervisors for daily supply work in secondary schools around the Witney area, starting as soon as possible. Duties – Cover Supervisors Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task with pre-set work Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Provide support to students where needed and encourage positive engagement Report back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues encountered Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom routines Uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times Ideal Candidate – Cover Supervisors Has at least 6 months of experience working in a school or classroom setting Demonstrates confidence in managing behaviour and leading a class independently Is adaptable, reliable, and professional in a variety of school environments Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Enjoys the variety and flexibility that comes with being a Cover Supervisor Why Class Act?
