We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team at Top Homecare, a fast-growing consultancy helping care agencies across the UK grow and attract more clients.
This is a commission-only remote role – ideal for someone confident in outreach, organised, and hungry to earn. Your job is simple but powerful: find care agencies, reach out to them, and get them booked into a free 30-minute consultation via our Calendly link. That’s it. No need to sit on calls or close deals – just set appointments and get paid.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing and contacting UK-based care agencies (via phone, email, or LinkedIn)
* Booking them into a free consultation using our Calendly link
* Using proven templates and messaging (provided)
* Updating basic tracking sheets or CRM tools
What You’ll Earn:
* £250 to £1000 per booked call that converts into a sale
* Fast commissions – paid monthly with a short sales cycle
* Uncapped commissions
* Clear pathway to earn £100k+ annually for top performers
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident communicator (especially on calls)
* Organised and consistent with outreach
* Self-motivated and reliable
* Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (preferred but not essential)
* Interest in care or healthcare is a bonus
