Responsibilities
* Attend appointments and complete service inspections.
* Provide on‑the‑spot repairs for breakdowns.
* Communicate effectively with customers, explaining diagnostics and solutions.
* Work independently or as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather.
* Provide friendly, professional service as the face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation.
Qualifications
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
* Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
* Flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings.
* Desire to learn and apply technical knowledge to solve vehicle issues.
