The Role

:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be providing high-quality accounting and tax services while supporting business growth. Graduates are also considered.

Duties:

1. Prepare company accounts and tax returns.
2. Manage sole trader accounts and personal tax returns.
3. Participate in VAT and payroll tasks.
4. Guide junior staff and ensure team targets are met.
5. Maintain excellent client communication and meet deadlines.
6. Work hands-on within the Production Accounting team.
7. Assist in improving and developing business procedures.

Requirements:

8. Previously worked as an Accounts Assistant, Accountant or in a similar role.
9. Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting practice.
10. Skilled in cloud-based accounting systems.
11. Qualification or experience in accounting;
12. Must hold the right to work in the UK.
