Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid working/Horsham (2 days in the office per week)
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30

Job Overview: Seeking a Business Analyst to improve business processes and systems through data analysis and actionable recommendations. This role supports continuous process improvement by delivering insights and partnering with teams to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
* Gather, validate, and document requirements from key stakeholders
* Support Agile frameworks (Scrum, Sprint planning, etc.) in project delivery
* Utilise tools such as Confluence and Jira for project tracking and documentation
* Present recommendations and insights for process enhancements
* Collaborate effectively to establish and maintain professional relationships across departments
* Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
* Ensure robust customer service, project management, and quality control standards
* Support the implementation of changes and assist with user training as needed
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
* Experience working with Agile delivery methods
* Practical knowledge of Confluence and Jira
* Degree in a relevant IT subject or equivalent business experience
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement
