Job Title: Learning & Development Manager | London
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role focuses on fostering growth, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying training needs and designing effective programmes.
* Implementing and maintaining a new company-wide learning platform.
* Managing induction and post-induction training for new employees.
* Supporting training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborating with leaders to develop tailored development plans.
* Leading and supporting a small training team.
Requirements:
* Experience in Learning & Development within hospitality, preferably across multiple sites.
* Proficiency with learning systems and content creation, including digital learning.
* Leadership qualities with integrity and a passion for employee development.
* Organized, curious, and up-to-date with the latest L&D trends.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus but not essential.
