An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Soft Tissue Veterinary Surgeon to join a leading hospital in North East London. This dynamic and well-equipped hospital delivers an exceptional level of care across first opinion, emergency, critical care, and referral services to its clients and an extensive network of 20 branch practices. The hospital handles everything from routine GP procedures to complex referral level surgeries, including SUB placements, liver resections, and thoracic surgery. For those who are passionate about surgical excellence, this is the ultimate environment—featuring multiple cautery units including a harmonic scalpel, and a full laparoscopic, thoracoscopic, and endoscopic suite. A brand new ultrasound scanner, in-house CT scanner, commercial laboratory, and highly experienced colleagues—ranging from specialists in diagnostic imaging to advanced practitioners in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery—are all part of the package.
This position is ideal for a Soft Tissue Surgeon looking to step into a purely surgical role. Applicants should hold a surgical certificate or be an Advanced Practitioner in Surgery, and ideally possess strong ultrasonography skills. You’ll be stepping into a high calibre role with the opportunity to truly take the reins of a varied and exciting surgical caseload, supported by a clinical team that shares your passion for best practice and innovation.
