Role Overview:
The Logistic Support professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations within the service center. This role requires managing shipments, inventory tracking, warehouse operations, and collaborating with vendors and customers to maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize logistics and warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) to track shipments, inventory, and stock flow.
* Handle and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (license/certification preferred).
* Ensure compliance with shipping procedures, inventory control processes, and supply chain management principles.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, documentation, and order details.
* Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
* Identify and resolve logistics-related issues proactively while minimizing delays.
* Support warehouse organization, receiving, and dispatching activities.
Technical and Operational Skills:
* Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management systems (SAP, WMS, or similar).
* Knowledge of shipping, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
* Experience in operating material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Soft Skills:
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team collaboration.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to unforeseen issues.

Qualifications & Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
* Forklift certification/experience preferred
