Rail Deployment Supervisor
Location: UK wide
Salary: Up to £45,000 + £5,000 car allowance + benefits
Hours: Night shifts | Field-based
We’re looking for a credible on‑track rail professional to support the rollout of a new possession support system. This is a practical, site‑focused role suited to someone from a safety‑critical background who thrives on track and wants a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend night possessions to support deployment activities
* Follow structured processes and resolve real‑time on‑site issues
* Coach and guide track teams on new ways of working
* Feedback risks, issues, and observations to the Project Manager
Ideal Background
* Previous experience as an ES, COSS, SWL, H&S Advisor, or similar
* Strong credibility on site with excellent people skills
* Calm, practical, and solutions‑focused
* Comfortable with basic reporting and technology
* Full UK driving licence
* Happy working predominantly nights
