Job Description
Joining a team of HR Business Partners you will take a lead on looking after your client groups and overseeing the HR activities for them. You will be able to lead on some projects, deliver expert sessions, work with the other HR teams and subject matter experts. This is a very varied role where you will be able to deploy all your generalist skills.

Salary for this role is up to £52,000 (dependent on experience) plus 10% bonus
Responsibilities
Business Partnership
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand business and team goals and translate them into people plans
• Influence and guide leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning
• Champion a high-performance culture through effective talent management, performance management and development strategies
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
• Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion
• Partner on change management efforts during restructures, mergers, or cultural transformation
Talent & Performance
• Partner with managers to implement performance management processes that drive accountability and growth
• Identify skills gaps and support the development of learning and development programmes
• Facilitate talent reviews and support career progression planning
HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with UK employment law and internal governance
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (e.g. Reward, L&D, Recruitment) to deliver seamless HR services
Qualifications
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in an advisory HR role, ideally in a matrixed & fast-paced team
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence business stakeholders and lead HR projects
• Experience with HR systems and data analytics tools
• A sense of humour
