Your new role
Your new role will be to manage a small service that supports three females during their days. As the manager, you will work alongside and support the staff team of ten to create the most successful environment of care. You will do this by creating rotas, care plans, reviewing care plans, developing inductions and working alongside the locality support manager.
If you haven’t yet been a manager and this would be your first step into managing the service, there is a lot of support on offer from both the locality manager and the deputy locality manager as well as the managers, in the other services.
The shift patterns:
1. 8 am -3 pm
2. 3 pm -10 pm
3. 10pm -8am
What you\'ll need to succeed
4. You will be someone with a willingness to learn and ready to take the next step in management or next step to service manager.
5. Ideally, you will have a QCF Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or will be working towards this qualification.

6. Salary: £23,500 increase once probation is passed
