Accommodation Manager – Safari Lodges
Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Includes weekends and evenings

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest service
* Manage, train, and support a large multi-disciplinary team
* Ensure operational efficiency and service consistency
* Oversee staffing, rotas, and wage control
* Monitor stock, budgets, and financial performance
* Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards
* Drive continuous improvement and service excellence
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience in a similar role within high-end accommodation or hospitality
* Excellent leadership and team development abilities
* Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills
* Financial awareness, including budget control and stock management
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Desirable:
* Background in hospitality within attractions, wildlife, or themed settings
* Relevant formal qualifications (e.g. Hospitality or Business Management)
