Clerk of Works job in Manchester, Cheshire
in Manchester, for a growing multidisciplinary consultancy working on new build residential high-rise projects. Our client is looking to speak to candidates with experience in new build high-rise and remedial cladding projects. Offering a salary of up to £50,000 + Car Allowance of £3.5k – £4.5k dependent if chartered + Healthcare + 4.5 Pension match.
Our client provides a multidisciplined service from inception to completion, across residential, commercial, education and healthcare projects. They are now looking for a Clerk of Works to join their site inspection team working on projects in Manchester and within an hour’s radius of Manchester. To be considered you must have experience as a Clerk of Works / Site Inspector with experience in residential high-rise and cladding.
Role & Responsibilities
* Site Inspection of works from inception to completion on residential high-rise and remedial cladding projects
* Liaise with contractors and other consultants
* Report on work progress and standards, creating clear and detailed reports
* Advise the project manager where necessary through the life-cycle of projects.
Required Skills & Experience
* High-rise residential experience is essential
* Consultancy Background or client side for Housing Association
* Experience with cladding remediation projects
* MICWCI/ICWCI/LICWCI or working towards
* Specialist NHBC Level 3 or 4 is an advantage
* Full UK Driving Licence.
