4. Reports To: General Manager / Operations Manager
5. Role Purpose
6. To oversee all warehouse and transport operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, and delivery of products. The Warehouse & Transport Manager will lead teams across both functions, maintain stock accuracy, ensure fleet compliance, and drive continuous improvement to support business growth and service commitments.

8. Manage daily warehouse workflows including goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
9. Maintain high standards of stock accuracy and product handling.
10. Ensure warehouse layout and processes support efficiency and safe product flow.
11. Enforce, review, and update warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
12. Work closely with Purchasing and Sales teams to support demand planning and promotional activity.
