You will be responsible for customer satisfaction while performing installation, support, and ongoing technical service in the field for various types of slot machines and related products.
What you'll do
1. Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair and / or de – install as necessary Gaming Machines, Signs, and gaming controllers.
2. Responsible for the coordination of all installations and visitation schedules in conjunction with the Dept Head. Pre-plan, schedule and perform services activities assigned to geographic territory.
3. Provide direct customer support for training, parts purchasing advice and preventative maintenance programs.
4. Provide assistance to customers by telephone or in person regarding technical challenges and reports on trends, needs and service challenges to keep management informed.
5. Liaison with customer representatives and management regarding product performance, service or installation scheduling, training, and operational issues.
6. Monitor service activities and service case escalation to ensure actions are taken to resolve the customer problem(s).
7. To carry out any other reasonable duties that may occur on an ad hoc basis and/or requested by management.
8. Other duties as assigned. Include software burning as ongoing job.
9. Neat and tidy workplace and monthly reports on field issues and installations
10. Monitor System related issues on one link, vertex bingo etc to ensure actions are taken to resolve the customer problem(s).
11. Continue to help with Software burning when required.
What we're looking for
12. Electronics qualifications preferred
13. Industry related experience preferred.
14. Demonstrate problem resolution skills and the ability to learn.
15. Successfully completing professional training courses or industry certification, if applicable.
16. Understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite products.
17. Must have excellent verbal and written communications and customer service skills
18. Working knowledge of Digital Electronics
19. Familiarity with networking technologies and troubleshooting.
20. Must be organized, detailed, goal and results driven.

22. Must be capable of understanding and carrying out instructions when assigned a task by a Department Head or designated individual overseeing installations.
23. Build customer advocacy for Aristocrat Products and Service by setting the standard in the gaming industry.
24. Must be ready to travel on short notice, possibly for extended periods, and able to fly within EMEA any day.
25. Must be willing to work extended hours, on call for dispatch and variable work shifts.
26. Should be capable of performing a 2-person lift of a 110kg game onto stands, with a minimum 23kg lift alone.
27. Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
28. Must acquire gaming licenses in approved jurisdictions like Nevada Gaming Control Board and hold a valid passport and driver’s license.
29. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information regarding the company, product, and employee information.
30. Participate fully in company health and safety programs and align with all company OSHA policies and procedures.
31. Follow all lawful employer safety and health rules.
