Project Support Officer – LEAPS
UOE5: £29,588 - £33,951 per annum
USG / Student Services / LEAPS – Full Time: 35 per week – Fixed term: 31 Oct 2027 (initial term)
This is an exciting opportunity to join the LEAPS team to support our efforts to widen participation in higher education. LEAPS is a widening participation programme which encourages and advises young people who are underrepresented in higher education. We currently work with state secondary schools throughout South East Scotland and the Forth Valley area, supporting pupils who match LEAPS eligibility criteria.
This role focuses on supporting the LEAPS Transitions Course alongside the wider LEAPS programme of activities and delivery. It involves a mix of administrative support, delivery and contributing to the development and successful delivery of our work. The post‑holder will receive professional development opportunities within a supportive team that prioritises high‑quality and professional delivery in WP.
The position is full‑time (35 hours per week) and combines a mix of remote and on‑campus working. It requires working on and off‑campus, in schools and partner institutions, for delivery of LEAPS activities.
