The Role:
* Lead and deliver structural designs across a variety of projects using multiple materials.
* Take ownership of your own projects, from concept through to completion.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and stakeholders, providing clear communication and solutions.
* Promote sustainable design, reuse strategies, and carbon reduction in projects.
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
