About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial background to join our team. The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing both multiple concurrent projects and individual high-value schemes, with typical project values ranging from £3 million to £8 million, delivered over 6 to 12 month programmes. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while managing subcontractor packages, cost planning, valuations, and variations for high-spec commercial developments.
