Lettings Branch Manager – Shepperton
Basic Salary: £22,000 – £32,000 (DOE)
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ in year one

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire
* Run daily meetings, energise your team, and ensure core performance targets are exceeded.
* Coach, mentor, and develop your team to reach their full potential.
Drive Performance & Growth
* Use your commercial awareness to generate new business, maximise market share, and create repeat opportunities.
* Deliver strategic plans that elevate branch performance and outshine the competition.
Deliver Outstanding Service
* Build strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Oversee tenant liaison, viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements.
Protect the Business
* Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry best practice.
* Identify and manage risk to safeguard branch performance and reputation.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above.
* A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates others to excel.
* Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with proven success in driving results.
* Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance standards.
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.
* Someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
* Confident using Microsoft Office.
* A full UK manual driving licence.
