Registered Manager - Residential Care Home
Location: North Wales
Salary: £40,000 Per Annum
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of residential and nursing care services for older adults across the UK. Their homes are built around a strong community ethos, bringing together residents, families, care professionals and local partners to create a warm, safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a dedicated care team in a residential care home.
* Create a positive, supportive environment that promotes dignity, independence and the highest standards of care.
* Take a pragmatic and balanced approach to leadership, ensuring excellent care delivery while also managing the operational and commercial performance of the home.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management
* Proven experience working in the healthcare sector at care home management level
* A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
* Motivated, driven and passionate about improving resident outcomes
* Excellent leadership, management and organisational skills
* A dynamic and flexible approach to managing a busy care environment
