Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist Resource Base (SRB) within a welcoming primary school in the NP16 area. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to deliver targeted support and interventions. Encourage positive behaviour and help pupils develop confidence and independence. Create a fun, inclusive and supportive learning space where every child can thrive. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience supporting children with additional needs.
