How you create impact
* Ensure customer satisfaction by following procedures, managing service requests, and offering tailored logistics solutions
* Provide proactive updates and support on delivery status, including delays and resolutions
* Build strong client relationships by presenting available service options and delivering exceptional care
* Monitor shipments and coordinate logistics alternatives to minimize delays
* Collaborate with Business Development to optimize client-specific processes and drive continuous improvement
* Maintain and update SOPs and COPs to support operational consistency and compliance
* Track performance metrics and take corrective action to uphold service standards
* Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations, and QA to align customer expectations and enhance loyalty
What we would like you to bring
* Proven experience in aviation or logistics
* Strong grasp of international/domestic airline routing, geography, and time zones
* Expertise in handling time-critical shipments across various transportation services
* Proven risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities
* Solid customer service background with diplomatic communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office
* Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7/365 operational environment
