You will oversee the financial crime risk framework, providing critical challenge to first-line teams while maintaining global risk indicators and appetite statements. This role involves managing incidents, developing management information, and ensuring consistent application of risk principles across international entities. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic approach to financial crime compliance.

What you will do:
* Maintain oversight of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Risk Appetite Statements while embedding these standards across global regional teams.
* Coordinate global issue and incident management, performing root cause analysis and monitoring remediation actions for senior management reporting.
* Lead the annual entity-wide financial crime risk assessment and take ownership of the specialized Country Risk Assessment process.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience in financial crime compliance within a regulated financial institution or fintech, specifically focusing on enterprise-wide risk management.
* Deep knowledge of global financial crime regulations, typologies, and control frameworks, ideally supplemented by SQL or data analysis skills.
* Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with the confidence to provide constructive challenge to first-line product and operational teams.
