Key Responsibilities: Proactively explore new packaging formats, materials and technologies to fuel innovation. Develop concepts, prototypes and briefs that balance creativity with commercial reality. Drive technical development of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging. Lead packaging testing and validation, including compatibility, transit and shelf-life. Support scale-up, line trials and continuous improvement on filling and assembly lines. Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain. Analyse packaging failures and complaints to identify root causes and improvements. Champion sustainable packaging solutions without compromising performance or experience. Candidate Requirements: Experience in packaging development within beauty or FMCG Strong technical understanding of bottles, glass, closures, pumps and refill systems.
