The Role:
- To manage the contracting team and deal with escalated enquiries from clients
- To provide training and support to new and existing staff within contracting team
- To work with the sales team to understand their supply requirements
- To visit key accounts on location and represent the company at meetings and exhibitions
- To proactively research and source new deals
- To set and monitor team KPI’s and adjust accordingly
- To be aware of key changes in the market and brief team on course of action
- To work closely with the Directors of the company and update them regularly on workflow
Candidate's Profile
- Previous experience in Hotel Contracting - Essential
- Fluent in a European language is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to situation
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate
Salary
From £55,000 p.a. Depending on Experience
