Corporate Associate (2+ PQE)
6-Month FTC | London | Broad Corporate / Transactions
SSQ is representing an opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join a well-regarded international firm on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role will support two busy corporate teams and offers exposure to a broad mix of transactional and advisory work across a diverse client base.
The Role
You will work across a range of corporate matters, including:
* Private M&A transactions
* Investment and financing work
* General corporate advisory
The role offers a good breadth of experience across different types of transactions, with the opportunity to work with both emerging and established businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating a range of corporate documents
* Supporting transactions from due diligence through to completion
* Advising on corporate governance and general company matters
* Working alongside colleagues on cross-border matters where relevant

What They’re Looking For
* England & Wales qualified lawyer with 2 PQE +
* Experience in corporate transactions (M&A, investments or general corporate)
* Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
* Able to operate effectively in a busy team environment
