Summary of Role
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be a high-impact driver of expansion and growth. Inheriting a portfolio of active and past clients, your primary objective is quota-carrying expansion—aggressively upselling and cross-selling our AI-powered managed services to transition global enterprises from traditional labor models to high-value, outcome-based engagement models.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
* Drive Account Expansion: Actively prospect within our existing customer base, including enterprise clients with over $1B in revenue, to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
* Architect Outcome-Based Value: Lead the transition from \"selling time\" to \"selling value,\" redefining engagement models to capitalize on AI-powered managed services.
* Be a Stakeholder Champion: Partner with internal Leaders and CoEs while building a robust customer network to position Execo as a long-term growth partner.
* Collaborate with Global Hubs: Work seamlessly across seven countries, aligning with leadership in Singapore, legal in Manila, and delivery in India to meet enterprise expectations.
* Navigate Complex Sales: Position cross-functional service lines effectively to diverse buyer personas, including Procurement, General Counsel, and Legal Ops.
