About the role
As well as carrying out your core AIGL duties, you'll support the Guest Experience Team in delivering brilliant, fun, safe and inclusive activity programmes, while providing outstanding pastoral care that helps every guest feel supported and confident. You will be a go‑to expert in your specialist product, using your knowledge to support high‑quality delivery and act as a key resource for the centre team.
Responsibilities
As a Product Specialist within the Guest Experience Team, you'll combine strong core activity delivery with specialist expertise in your focus area. You'll adapt your communication and approach to suit different guests, ensuring every experience goes above and beyond expectations. Alongside delivering engaging activities and excellent guest care, you'll play an active role in upskilling colleagues. Through coaching, mentoring and on‑the‑job support, you'll help build confidence across the team in your specialist product.
