Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate would be passionate about the dynamic nature of businesses, their processes and inspiring their students with their knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective business lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies.
* Participate in school activities and events.
* Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement.
* Communicate with parents about behaviour if necessary and on parent’s evenings.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Experience in teaching business at the secondary level.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
