Join to apply for the Stroke MCN Clinical Lead, NHS Tayside role at NHS Scotland.
Secondment for 23 months on existing salary Scale/Band pro rata. The post can be split into 2 x 1 PA sessions or equivalent. Applicants who wish to be considered for 1 PA or half day only, please indicate this when you submit your application.
Responsibilities
* Lead Clinician(s) for the Stroke Managed Clinical Network to lead or jointly lead the MCN across Tayside.
* Have a key strategic role in redesigning and continuing to develop effective, integrated, multidisciplinary stroke services within the framework of a Managed Clinical Network.
* Work collaboratively as part of a core Network leadership team to drive forward service developments as prioritised by the Stroke MCN Executive Group and stroke improvement board.
Qualifications
* Credible clinical knowledge of stroke, including the management of patients across the whole journey of care.
* A proven record in leading change and a demonstrable commitment to the development and role of MCNs.
Contract details Hours
* The post is offered on a secondment basis for up to 2 years, with the successful candidate transferring on their existing salary.
* Can be split into 2 x 1 PA sessions or equivalent; 2 sessions (8 hours) or equivalent.
* Open to medical and dental staff, for whom medical and dental terms will apply.
