Search consultancy are delighted to be supporting a growing third sector organisation as they look to seek for a new Accounts Assistant to join their close knitted team.
Role Overview
* Position: Accounts Assistant
* Salary: £28,287 per annum
* Location: Home-based (with occasional in-person working in Edinburgh)
* Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week)
* Hours: Very flexible (any times between 8am-8pm)

Key Responsibilities
* Processing purchase ledger and banking transactions
* Supporting weekly payment runs (grants, suppliers, expenses)
* Importing and reconciling financial data from Salesforce
* Assisting with reconciliations, VAT preparation, and management accounts
* Supporting system improvements and finance process optimisation
Ideal Background
* Experience in a Finance or Accounts Assistant role
* AAT / HNC level accounting knowledge (or equivalent)
* Strong Excel and finance systems experience
* Proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach
