As our Customer Service & Administration team member, you will:
* Answer and manage customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
* Provide helpful and professional support to customers at every stage of their journey
* Process and update orders accurately in our systems
* Maintain customer records and update our CRM database
* Assist with quotations, follow-ups, and general office administration
* Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
* Friendly, patient, and confident communicator
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn our systems
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
