Children's Healthcare Assistant
Pay rate: £14.50 per hour (monthly pay)
Shift Pattern: 10pm - 7am Shifts Available
Requirements: Full UK Driving License would be advantageous and children complex care experience would be beneficial.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide VISA sponsorship and we do not hire on a relocation basis; you must currently be based in/around the Weymouth area and able to commute.
We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in Weymouth who requires around-the-clock support. They currently have a tracheostomy which will require full management, ventilation, and will also have a PEG fitted in the near future.

Key Responsibilities
* Support with all facets of daily living.
* Support with clinical tasks when needed.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
* Ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.
* Communicate effectively with the individual and other team members.
* Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy.
* Adhere to care plans and guidelines provided.
* Aid with light household chores which may include cooking and cleaning.

* Ability to effectively communicate with individuals requiring care.
* Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
* Empathy, patience, and compassion when interacting with individuals in need of support.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet varying care needs.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required.
