This is a part time, permanent position working 16 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Salary: £28,598 pro rata. £14.82 per hour.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support local residents with advice on benefits, housing, Council Tax, Blue badge scheme and other welfare issues. You will work with people in the community to help them access the right services, understand their entitlements and help to improve their overall wellbeing. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community support and making a real difference in residents lives.
About you
We’re seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people. You should be confident using IT systems, handling enquiries, resolving issues and working in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

This role may require some travel throughout the borough and some work out of hours, as per the needs of the service.
